Registration form for Chesapeake Family's Summer Camp & Activities Fair 2011 When: Saturday, February 26, 2011 Where: Annapolis Time: 10am-2pm Don't miss your chance to become an exhibitor at this area's ONLY Camp Fair event. It’s your opportunity to introduce your summer camp or activity to over 1,500 parents and their children in the Chesapeake Bay area ready to make a summer activity decision. The event is free to the public and will be heavily advertised. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Register by December 31, 2010 to secure your space and avoid a $50 late fee. Set-up begins at 9:00am and doors open promptly at 10:00am. Be prepared to answer questions and give away information, including rates, about your summer programs. A detailed confirmation letter with venue directions will be emailed upon event reservation. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
