The not-so-official start of summer is finally here: it's Memorial Day Weekend! The weather has finally warmed up and hopefully we've dried out from all the rain so now it's time to put on your flip-flops, grab your sunglasses, and bring on summer time fun!

There are yoga studios all over these days, as well as countless yoga classes offered in gyms. It is a little unusual, however, to have your child’s pose interrupted by a jingle ball rolling across the floor, and savasana doesn’t usually include a napping cat at the foot of your mat. But now you can find that, too, at one local yoga spot.
